Mr Ravindran is an Indian from Chennai. He came to New Zealand for employment and is now a successful businessman and the Founder of the Auckland Tamil Association.
He is an experienced employer and knows the employment market in New Zealand. He is actively involved in the migrant and ethnic communities as an advisor and leader.
He has established extensive network with community leaders, government officials, Parliamentarians and business owners.
Adon Kumar is a Malaysian Indian who came to New Zealand as a student in the 1970s. He worked for over 25 years in NZ in the IT, Academic and Internet environments. He is the Director of Goshen Consulting which provides a wide range of business, employment and teaching services.
He is a qualified English teacher specialising in ESOL, IELTS, Employment English and Technical Writing. He is also an Employment Coach. He prepares migrants by developing their New Zealand career strategy, writing Kiwi CVs, Cover Letters and coaches them for their Kiwi Job Interview. He has degrees in English, Theology, Applied Linguistics and Law.
